Scent vocabulary: the lemon is citral — geranial (bright lemon-peel) + neral (softer, sweeter lemon) — over a green citronellal (the citronella note) and a rosy geraniol. A clean reference point for training the nose, and the calm-lemon anchor against the sharper aromatics.
